The top shelf is a little bare this week when it comes to midfield options, especially with Christian Eriksen (9,000) and Dele Alli ($8,500) looking iffy to suit up. If you fade Spurs in your forward positions, you'll likely want to get some exposure to them here, either via Son Heung-Min ($8,000) or Erik Lamela ($7,500), the latter of whom put in a nice display Wednesday night against Barca.

While it's hard to feel good about anything Manchester United right now, there's no denying that a home match against Newcastle is about as plum of a spot as there is in the EPL this season. Newcastle have been content to let their opposition have the ball as they're sporting a league-low 39.1% possession rate, and the Magpies are allowing the fourth-most shots per game (15.1).

Pogba offers both a decent floor, given that he should be on the ball a lot, and a big ceiling in this spot. He's scored at least 17 FanDuel points in five of his seven games, including two outings of more than 30 points. As a bonus, Pogba has handled some penalty duties this season, and the current situation at United may scare some people away from the Red Devils this week, making Pogba an ideal GPP play.
