On a main slate that doesn't boast a ton of high-offense matchups, the 10.0 over/under between the Rangers and Athletics gives the teams the two highest implied totals among the 18 teams this evening.

Oakland will be starting right-hander Kendall Graveman, and that should mean particularly big things for the Rangers' left-handed bats. Graveman is off to a rough start to 2018, and if we look back to include last season's numbers, he has a 4.99 xFIP against left-handed bats, giving up a .340 wOBA in the split against them.

Joey Gallo never has a shortage of upside, but that's particularly true against righties. Since 2017, his average exit velocity ranks second among the 457 players with at least 50 batted-balls, while he also has the fourth-highest average batted-ball distance. He has a career .312 isolated slugging (ISO) against right-handed pitching, and his ceiling is huge against Graveman tonight.
