Boston Red Sox rotation filler Brian Johnson checks all the boxes for a deep-league dart throw: very hittable, very available, and very capable of netting two wins even if he gets knocked around.

The backing of a juggernaut Boston offense isn't all that Johnson has going for him. The 27-year-old's matchups are quite juicy indeed, with the aforementioned White Sox posting prolific strikeouts against lefties, and Miami's power metrics against southpaws being so low that they look like accounting errors.
