Jimmy Rollins at 109 overall seemed high to me, but he will hit leadoff for the Dodgers and provide counting stats. Another shortstop came in at a surprise, this one being Ben Zobrist going to Weinberg at 123rd.

Redman takes Hunter Pence in Round 11, which ould be a steal if Pence returns healthy and on time. Hicks takes a similar gamble with Kenley Jansen.

In Round 12, Hicks beat me to the punch for Adam LaRoche, an underrated source of power. Did you know he has hit 20-plus home runs in nine of the past 10 seasons?

My picks: Starlin Castro, Masahiro Tanaka, Brandon Moss

Castro was my top shortstop left on the board, and I think he can hit .300 with 15 home runs and 15 steals. The upside of Tanaka is well worth the risk of his succumbing to Tommy John surgery, and he comes at a big discount compared to last season. Moss, after escaping the Coliseum, is a cheap bat capable of 30 home runs.
