4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Stacks for 9/12/19

Each day here on numberFire, we'll go through four offenses ripe for the stacking. They could have a great matchup, be in a great park, or just have a lot of quality sticks in the lineup, but these are the offenses primed for big days that you may want a piece of.

Los Angeles Dodgers

As they do many nights, the Los Angeles Dodgers lead the slate with a 5.90 implied run total. They will take on the Baltimore Orioles who will have Dylan Bundy on the mound.

Bundy always has some upside as a pitcher to use, but he gives up way too many home runs which makes him fantastic to stack against with hitters. He's giving up a 1.75 HR/9 despite just a 31.5 percent hard-hit rate. While not terrible, his 7.9 percent walk rate isn't great and could get him into trouble against this team.

We have to always start off Dodgers stacks against righties with Cody Bellinger ($4,500). The dude smashes with a .425 wOBA and .335 ISO in this split. In addition, he has solid Statcast numbers with a 9.2 percent barrels per plate appearance (22nd), 210-foot average batted-ball distance (15th) and a 90.9 MPH average exit velocity against both righties and lefties combined. After Bellinger, we get to a duo of left-handed hitters in Joc Pederson ($3,700) who has put up a .376 wOBA and .318 ISO against righties, and Matt Beaty ($2,900) who has also crushed righties with a .376 wOBA and .272 ISO.

Now, to the righty-righty matchups. This has to begin with catcher Will Smith ($3,100) and while it has only been 97 plate appearances this season, his .434 wOBA and unfathomable .429 ISO make him an insanely valuable play. A.J. Pollock ($3,900) isn't a great play, but he still brings some power with a .219 ISO while Justin Turner ($3,600) has little power with a .185 ISO but a solid .363 wOBA.
