Kyle Lewis optioned to Triple-A Monday by Arizona
Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Kyle Lewis has been optioned to Triple-A Reno, the team announced.
What It Means:
Lewis is headed back to the minors after Evan Longoria was reinstated from the 10-day IL. He had been shelved due to a back strain.
In 54 plate appearances this season, Lewis has a .157 batting average with a .459 OPS, 1 home run, 2 runs and 2 RBI.
