San Francisco Giants infielder Wilmer Flores (shoulder) is not in the lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander James Paxton and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
What It Means:
Flores injured his shoulder in Sunday's series finale against the San Diego Padres. It remains to be seen if the Giants will place him on the 10-day injured list. Tyler Fitzgerald will shift to first base in place of Flores on Monday night. Nick Ahmed will start at shortstop and hit eighth.
