Jose Pirela leading off for San Diego on Monday
San Diego Padres outfielder Jose Pirela is back in the lineup on Monday versus the Chicago Cubs.
What It Means:
The Padres had Allen Cordoba in left and at the top of the lineup on Sunday, to give Pirela a day off. The rookie outfielder is back in his usual spot in left and as the leadoff hitter on Monday while Cordoba heads to the bench versus Jon Lester.
