Jordan Clarkson goes through shootaround, is questionable for Lakers
Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson (knee) was working out at shootaround on Friday and remains questionable against the Atlanta Hawks.
Lakers' coach Byron Scott said he may be cautious with Clarkson, so he's likely headed for a game-time call for Friday's game. Clarkson did not have additional testing on his knee strain but did receive some treatment on Thursday. If he doesn't go, there will be more of Marcelo Huertas and Anthony Brown.
Clarkson has struggled to a -6.3 nERD, which is 14th worst, in 60 games played this season. He's averaging 15.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while posting a 52.5 True Shooting Percentage. If he's able to play against Atlanta, we project Clarkson to score 16.3 points, grab 4.0 rebounds and dish out 3.0 assists while shooting 43.1 percent from the field.
