Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) ruled out Wednesday for Bucks
Milwaukee Bucks small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors due to a non-COVID illness.
Antetokounmpo apparently woke up feeling a bit under the weather and he will be held out Wednesday night. Sandro Mamukelashvili could draw a start for Milwaukee while Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton should help pick up the slack on offense. Bobby Portis is also in line for more work versus the Raptors.
Portis is averaging 38.1 FanDuel points per game without Giannis this season, compared to 30.6 when they are both active. Holiday is averaging an additional 12.3 FanDuel points per game in games without Giannis.
