Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) uncertain for Bucks playoff opener
Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) is in "real doubt" for Game 1 against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, reports Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
Antetokounmpo injured his calf on April 9 and was expected to miss 1-2 weeks, so he could miss the Bucks' playoff opener while still recovering. Bobby Portis will likely remain in the starting lineup if Antetokounmpo is inactive. Damian Lillard, Khris Middleton, and Patrick Beverley would also still have additional ball-handling opportunities available.
Portis averaged 27.3 minutes and 38.3 FanDuel points as a starter over the last three games of the regular season, with 17.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.3 steals, 1.0 blocks, and 1.7 three-pointers.
