Lauri Markkanen sent to Jazz in deal with Cavaliers
The Utah Jazz have acquired forward Lauri Markkanen in a trade with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
What It Means:
Markkanen will play for his third career team after the Cavaliers sent the 25-year old forward, Collin Sexton, Ochai Agbaji, three unprotected picks, and two pick swaps to Utah for Donovan Mitchell. Expect Markkanen to play his previous role at power forward while Ochai Agbaji sees minutes at the two and three while Utah continues their rebuilding process.
In 1878 minutes last season, Markkanen recorded 0.47 points and 0.37 field goal attempts per minute.
