Trail Blazers' Anfernee Simons hampered by leg injury
Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard Anfernee Simons injured his right ankle on Tuesday against the Washington Wizards.
Simons could not put any weight on his leg while being helped back to the locker room during the third quarter. The Trail Blazers are off until February 23 for the All-Star break, but as of now, it's unclear if Simons will be ready by then.
Simons has the second-highest usage rate (25.0%) on the Trail Blazers this season behind Damian Lillard (33.1%). He's averaging 31.5 FanDuel points in 35.5 minutes per game.
