Anfernee Simons (ankle) officially doubtful Friday for Trail Blazers
Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard Anfernee Simons (ankle) is officially listed as doubtful for Friday against the Atlanta Hawks.
Simons already said he expects to sit out Friday after he aggravated his ankle injury on Wednesday night versus the New Orleans Pelicans. Cam Reddish will likely return to the starting lineup in place of Simons on Friday versus the Hawks. Simons' next chance to play will be on Sunday against the Orlando Magic.
Simons is averaging 31.1 FanDuel points in 35.2 minutes per game this season and he has the second-highest usage rate (25.0%) on the Trail Blazers. Reddish is averaging 31.7 minutes and 23.4 FanDuel points over three games without Simons.
