Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (knee) ruled out Friday for Thunder
Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (left knee sprain) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors.
The Thunder aren't on a back-to-back Friday, so Gilgeous-Alexander might be dealing with an actual injury. He played a season-high 38 minutes on Wednesday and scored 20 points with 5 boards, 8 assists, and 3 steals. Cason Wallace and Isaiah Joe will play more minutes in the backcourt on Friday and Josh Giddey will have more opportunities on offense.
SGA has the 8th-highest usage rate in the NBA (32.3%) and is averaging 49.9 FanDuel points in 34.2 minutes per contest, with 24.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 6.6 assists, 2.6 steals, 0.6 blocks, and 1.0 3-pointers.
