Philadelphia 76ers guard Patrick Beverley (neck) is ruled out for the remainder of Friday's game against the Detroit Pistons.
What It Means:
Beverley will not return after he experienced right sided neck pain in the first half.
Expect Nicolas Batum to see more time off the bench while Beverley is out.
