Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (knee) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Dallas Mavericks.
Ayton has been downgraded from doubtful to out and will be sidelined for Friday's clash with the Mavericks. Duop Reath could continue to start with Ayton out again on Friday.
