Anfernee Simons (illness) put on Portland injury report Thursday
Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (illness) is now questionable for Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Simons is a late addition to the injury report and trending toward sitting out the front end of the Trail Blazers' back-to-back. Skylar Mays could draw a start if Simons is ruled out. There would also be more opportunities on offense for Malcolm Brogdon and Scoot Henderson. Shaedon Sharpe (adductor) remains out for Portland.
Simons has a $8,100 salary on Thursday’s eight-game slate and numberFire's models project him for 37.7 FanDuel points over 34.7 minutes. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Blazers’ implied total (120.5) is third-best on the board.
