Vernon Davis, TE, Washington

Jordan Reed missed Week 6 with concussion issues, and if he doesn't play this week, Vernon Davis is an excellent fantasy option. He may be worth a look in deep leagues even in Reed plays.

Davis played roughly half of Washington's offensive snaps in each of the three weeks leading up to Reed's injury, and with Reed out last week, that number jumped to 97%. He has seen four-plus targets in three of his last five games, and he brings that volume into a matchup with the Detroit Lions -- one of the best teams to target for tight end production.

The Lions rank dead last in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play. They have allowed 5.5 receptions, 55.5 yards and a league-high 1.2 touchdowns per game to tight ends -- giving up the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position.
