DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Helper for Week 15
Tight Ends
High-Cost Option: Travis Kelce ($5,900)
Travis Kelce has been playing lights out over the last four weeks, eclipsing 100-plus receiving yards in four straight games and scoring 20-plus DK points in three of them.
He takes on a Tennessee Titans defense that ranks toward the middle of the pack in just about every statistical category against tight ends, in a rather neutral matchup. Kelce ranks second among all tight ends in Reception NEP and has been garnering a 21.6 percent target market share. His recent heavy usage -- 10 targets per game over his last four -- makes him a fantastic option in both cash and GPPs.
Mid-Cost Option: Cameron Brate ($3,800)
Cameron Brate draws a great matchup against a Cowboys squad that has struggled at defending opposing tight ends. Dallas is allowing the second-most receptions, fifth-most receiving yards, and seventh-most DK points to the position.
They’ve allowed some big games, most notably to Jordan Reed (31.5 DK points) and Zach Miller (27.8). Brate has scored in four of his last seven games and is tied with Evans for the most red zone touchdowns (six) this season on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Low-Cost Option: Jermaine Gresham ($2,500)
With all of the injuries and mishaps Arizona Cardinals wide receivers have endured, Jermaine Gresham has emerged as a productive weapon almost out of necessity. He has seen 23 targets over his past 3 games and gets a great matchup against the New Orleans Saints in a game with a 50-point total.
The Saints rank 27th against the pass according to our metrics, but more specifically, they rank 25th in DVOA against opposing tight ends. They just lost safety Kenny Vaccaro due to suspension for the rest of the regular season, subsequently making a bad defense worse. Gresham has five receptions in three straight games and allows a ton of flexibility in building your lineup with his $2,500 salary.
Other Options: Kyle Rudolph ($4,300), Antonio Gates ($4,100), Ladarius Green ($3,700)
