Before the year, this matchup against the Indianapolis Colts looked a lot better than it does now. The Colts' defense hasn't been terrible (16th by our metrics), while Derek Carr has stunk and just lost Amari Cooper via trade.

With that said, a home game against the Colts keeps Carr on the streaming radar mostly because there just aren't many good streaming options this week.

Oakland has a decent 23.5-point implied total in this matchup between two of the NFL's worst teams (both are bottom six, per our numbers). Carr has shown one ceiling game this year, putting up 31.58 fantasy points against a good Cleveland Browns in Week 4. While there hasn't been much to write home about other than that, Indy's defense gave up 27.54, 31.1 and 18.0 fantasy points to Tom Brady, Deshaun Watson and Sam Darnold in the three weeks before getting to face a washed Derek Anderson in Week 7.

Our projections have Carr pegged for 15.57 points, making him our QB20 this week.
