Kenyan Drake, RB, Miami Dolphins

Yahoo Ownership: 91%

I'm not going to pretend like I know why Miami Dolphins head coach Adam Gase refuses to use Kenyan Drake. He's a good football player. But even after Frank Gore left last week's game with a sprained foot, Gase opted against featuring Drake. He made it very clear that Drake won't be a big part of their offense when he later added that Drake's low touch count was not due to injury.

Instead of upping Drake's opportunities during the game, Gase decided to instead hand Kalen Ballage the featured role -- despite Ballage being a non-existent presence on the Dolphins offense all year. It was a head-scratching move -- though Ballage played quite well -- but one that sealed the deal for Drake in 2018.

Ballage handled 13 touches as Gore's fill-in, while Drake had just 4 over the course of the entire game. In fact, Drake didn't even log a touch in the second half. Ballage's long touchdown run didn't help Drake's cause either.

Drake has made the most of limited opportunities, with big splash plays every now and again, but that's not something you want to rely on in your fantasy championships. There are better options out there on the waiver wire -- like his teammate, for example. You can drop Kenyan Drake this week. And if you're lucky, maybe your opponent will pick him up and start him.
