High-Cost Option: Randall Cobb $7,300

The big-three (Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, and Odell Beckham Jr.) are almost always near-locks to meet value, but if you're looking to save a few pennies and hit the next tier of wide receivers, Randall Cobb is a player with a favorable game script coming his way.

Green Bay's slot receiver faces a great matchup against rookie Phillip Gaines, who's spent 77% of his routes defended covering slot receivers, per Pro Football Focus. Gaines has only been targeted on 3.7% of his plays in coverage, but that number should increase exponentially this week. Last week, Cobb saw 11 targets his way, as he converted 8 of them into receptions for 116 yards.

With Lacy's injury concerns, Cobb could be the focal point of this offense while playing against a defense that has surrendered the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Mid-Cost Option: Jarvis Landry $6,400

If the Dolphins are going to make this a game, they're going to need Jarvis Landry to have a Julian Edelman-type week. Last week, Edelman caught 11 passes for 97 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Patriots defeated the vaunted Bills defense in Orchard Park.

Landry draws a tough assignment against Buffalo's slot cornerback Nickell Robey. After limiting the Colts to only 243 passing yards in Week 1, the Patriots dismantled the Bills' secondary for 466 passing yards. Ryan Tannehill is coming off a 359 passing yard game with a pair of scores and will try to keep that pace going as Miami's offensive line tries to fend off Buffalo's pass rush.

Lucky for Landry, he's Tannehill's go-to receiver for when the pocket starts collapsing. Gathering 22 targets over the past two games, Landry has continued building off his breakout rookie season as he's picked up 16 receptions for 163 yards. Landry provides both a safe floor and potentially high ceiling as Miami's number one receiver.

Low-Cost Option: Donte Moncrief $4,800

Despite big games from Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker last week on Monday Night Football, Donte Moncrief led all receivers from that contest game in fantasy points after breaking the 100-yard plateau to gain that additional DraftKings bonus on a 26-yard touchdown strike from Andrew Luck.

Moncrief has been a revelation this year after on offseason of continuing doubt in his role in this offense. Moncrief now leads the Colts with 13 receptions for 168 yards and 2 touchdowns and has become a big part of this offense despite their struggles. Drawing Perrish Cox in this week's matchup with Tennessee, look for Moncrief's recent success to continue. The Titans pass defense -- despite only playing the Buccaneers and Browns -- tied for allowing the 11th most yards per pass attempt (8.0).

If the 6'2", 222-pound receiver maintains his pace and if T.Y. Hilton can quickly overcome his injury, this offense could get back quickly to 2014 form.

GPP Wildcard: Mike Evans $6,600

A slow start to 2015 may have some burned users to shy away from Mike Evans, but at this price he has a great potential to hit value.

No longer on a snap count restriction, Evans and Winston will look to forge their chemistry against Houston as the future of Tampa Bay's offense. Drawing Kevin Johnson (5'11", 188 pounds), the 6'5, 231-pound behemoth should out-jump, out-stretch, and out-muscle the rookie cornerback all afternoon if Winston can deliver. The Texans have been stout against opposing receivers to date -- allowing only the fifth-fewest fantasy points -- but have yet to face a pair of skill position players at this size.

We still aren't sure what shape Evans will be in when he takes the field, but that's exactly what makes him a great GPP wildcard. I won't have a ton of exposure to Evans considering the low 40.5 projected point total for the game, but he's piqued my interest enough to put him in a few tournament lineups.

Bonus GPP Wildcard: Allen Hurns $3,700

If Jacksonville has any desire to keep this game close, they'll need to find a way to attack the soft spot of this New England defense -- their secondary. With Rashad Greene slated to be out this week, Allen Hurns could be a cheap flier that could potentially pay big dividends. The 6'3" sophomore receiver may be in store for an uptick in targets Week 3 in a game they are anticipated to be 13.5-point underdogs.
