I'm still beating the Lance Dunbar drum this week despite a relatively uninspiring performance against the Eagles.

Through two weeks, Dunbar has played the second-most snaps among Cowboys' running backs, and only two fewer than Joseph Randle. Randle has been pretty poor on the ground, with a -3.44 Rushing NEP that ranks 94th among the 111 ranked running backs this year. Dunbar, on the other hand, has contributed nicely. His 6.50 Total NEP ranks 10th among running backs.

He does his work mainly in the passing game, and the Falcons defense is the perfect matchup for this. So far this year, they have allowed 24 receptions for 199 yards and 1 touchdown through the air to opposing running backs.
