Arians: Buccaneers' Leonard Fournette will start if Ronald Jones is ruled out for Week 15's game against Falcons
According to head coach Bruce Arians, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette will start in Week 15's contest against the Atlanta Falcons if Ronald Jones is ruled out (COVID-19 reserve, finger).
Jones will need clearance from his finger injury and league protocol after the Buccaneers' starting running back was placed on the COVID-19 reserve list. Expect Leonard Fournette to start with LeSean McCoy playing on passing downs if Jones is ruled out on Sunday.
Fournette's current Week 15 projection includes 16.0 rushing attempts for 63.4 yards and 2.8 receptions for 17.4 yards for a total of 13.5 FanDuel points. In a below-average matchup against an Atlanta defense ranked seventh in fantasy points allowed to running backs, Fournette's Week 15 FanDuel salary stands at $5,500.
