Jahvid Best likely to open season on the PUP list: Affect on Smith and LeShoure?
Terrible news for Best, but it has got to give a boost to Kevin Smith's draft value being that he is now assured to get significant playing time to start the season.

Once LeShore returns, I would think the job is still Smith's to lose. Or Smith gets injured which is highly possible. LeShore may be the man next season.
