Jordan Pickford, Goalie, Everton

Salary: $6,000

Pickford is the second-highest priced keeper on the slate, and he has averaged 10.23 FanDuel points this season. In his previous four matches, Pickford has made 12 saves and kept three clean sheets while averaging 18.12 FanDuel points over that span.

The Hammers are a slight favorite over Everton, and West Ham have a 80.4% chance of scoring at least one goal, per FanDuel’s Sportsbook, a feat they have accomplished in eight of their last nine matches at London Stadium, including six straight. The Toffees, on the other hand, have conceded at least one goal in four of their previous five road matches, including conceding five over their last two road matches.

The Hammers, who have scored the third-most home goals (1.69) per match on the slate, have conceded the fourth-fewest saves (2.65) per match on the slate and fifth-most saves (3.19) per home match.

All of that adds up to Pickford likely producing a low number if he doesn't get the clean-sheet bonus, which is unlikely, according to oddsmakers.

With FanDuel's scoring system, DFS players need to attack keepers who will hopefully produce a clean-sheet win or find a keeper who should see a large amount of save opportunities. If DFS players are looking to spend up at keeper, David De Gea ($6,500) and Kasper Schmeichel ($5,500) seem like the safest options while Jonas Lossl ($4,500) could see a large number of save opportunities.
