Mike Gillislee, RB, Buffalo Bills

LeSean McCoy suffered a hamstring injury at practice on Wednesday, and it is looking like he won't play in Week 7. That leaves the door open for Mike Gillislee to be the Buffalo Bills' lead back for the week.

The Bills have been the league's third-most run-heavy team this season with a 1.02 pass-to-run ratio. McCoy's absence would open up 21.3 opportunities per game.

Gillislee would be a big part of filling that void, and he'd get to do so in a very favorable matchup. Buffalo is taking on a Miami Dolphins team that ranks 27th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play.
