Ty Montgomery, WR, Green Bay Packers

With Eddie Lacy and James Starks out of action, the Green Bay Packers' backfield is a mess. Things have become bad enough that they traded for Knile Davis -- and he is not good.

Ty Montgomery is a wideout that the Packers have toyed with using at running back in the past, and he played 50% of the team's offensive snaps in Week 6. He was targeted 12 times, recording 10 receptions, and added 3 carries in the game.

According to NFL.com's Matt Harmon, Montgomery lined up in the backfield on 22 of his 33 snaps last week, and most of his targets appear to have come on routes run out of the backfield. That kind of volume on high-percentage passes makes him a very appealing play in points per reception (PPR) leagues.
