9. Leonard Fournette, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars

The Leonard Fournette experience has been almost exactly what we expected through four games: a lot of carries, stacked boxes, and a violent running style.

Although the punishing runner has averaged just 3.5 yards per carry for the Jacksonville Jaguars, he has scored a touchdown in every contest and is receiving an average of 23.25 touches per game. He is the centerpiece of the most run-heavy offense in football, and as long as the erratic Blake Bortles remains under center, that isn't likely to change.

In terms of Rushing NEP per play, his 0.01 mark puts him in the same range as Ezekiel Elliott and Ty Montgomery. However, he is third in the NFL behind only Hunt and Gurley in Rushing Successes (33), which is the number of runs performed above expectation that increase a team’s chances of scoring.

The box score may not look pretty at the end of every week, but the fantasy stats continue to be there. Given how few predictable running backs there are in the NFL, Fournette is proving he would have been worth a late pick in the first round of redraft leagues.
